She would also like to thank everybody who took the time to return their election forms. We would also like welcomes the addition of Sam Pepperall to the 2012 committee.
2012 will bring a few changes, the first being the introduction of a Senior Leading Rider Award, for the rider who has gained the most points during the year; this can be achieved from multiple horses. The second change being the change of location to our Annual Dinner Dance to The Rookery Manor Hotel. Invitations were sent out in November; tickets are limited this year so book early to avoid disappointment. We have also introduced an Optional ‘green’colour theme following from last year purple theme, as always we will be holding a raffle & presentation of the 2011 Points Championship during the evening. If anyone has any prizes to donate to the raffle it will be most appreciated. We will be holding two shows during 2012 a Winter Show (24th/25thMarch) & a Summer Show (21st/22nd July) both of these will be held at Stretcholt Equestrian Centre. Our Winter Schedule (SEE BELOW) has been allocated Bath & West Qualifiers; we will so be running the Small Pony Scope Qualifiers. Our Summer Show has been allocated a Pony British Novice Regional Final and we will be running the Senior & Larger Pony SCOPE Qualifiers. Please contact us if you are interested in sponsoring at any of these shows. Katie and the committee are very approachable & welcome any idea’s that can help improve the area, they will also try & assist you anyway they can.
